Backtagging: Infinitely. I usually reply every day or three, sometimes more. If you tag something after months, I’ll probably still be delighted.
Threadhopping: Potentially.
Fourthwalling: Rather not.
Offensive Subjects: IC, almost nothing will bother me as long as it's within reason for the character.

Hugging/touching this character: Yes. He may be startled/defensive, but for the most part he's pretty relaxed about touch.
Kissing this character: Yes, absolutely. He gets kissed a lot without his consent in canon,and he's... somewhat chill about it, depending on circumstances.
Flirting with this character: Yes please. He's not used to flirtation, but he's a fast learner and would love some experience.
Fighting with this character: Yes. His training is more mental than physical, but he is a trained soldier in his canon.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Bruises or welts are fine. Nothing that would draw blood or cause any kind of permanent damage.
Killing this character: Not without very serious OOC discussion and for very good plot reasons.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Sure! If you let me know your character can mind read, I will pepper Abel's descriptions with material for your use.
